In the COST suit.  It was not a note though and most of the money
Gerbode contributed, he donated.  COST is mischaracterizing
an agreement that was  cancelled and superceded by a later
agreement, as a "note" .  Just as they are mischarcaterizing
donations as loans.  More frivolous litigation to avoid paying
out on their last litigation.
