I do know about the last tape.  Do you know if what you are doing
constitutes re-publication?  From what date does the statute of
limitations run?  From the first date or the last date?  I'll give you a
hint ... no, I changed my mind.  Ask your own lawyer.

The "libel" cause of action is back in per the Ninth Circuit on 11 April
96.
